Here we go again everyone. Time to make that New Years resolution and stick to it. None of that crap from last year when you said you were going to do it and then epically failed. This year is going to be different. If you haven’t already made your resolution, check out what some other students are planning on doing this coming year while you figure out your own:
“Visit more places in the US, take time to exercise in between studying, and go to church more often.”
– Emily Halter, First Year Graduate Student, George Washington University
“My resolution is to not let things get to me so easily and learn to "go with the flow.” This was quite possibly last year’s, but I'm still working on it.”
– Kayla Anderson, Senior, Stevenson University
“My New Years resolutions are trying to get that 4.0 and go to the gym on a more consistent basis.”
– Justin DeVault, First Year Graduate Student, University of Baltimore
“My New Years resolution is to be more attentive to the people in my life, because I owe so much to them and they deserve everything I can give them and more. Is that too sappy? Oh well, it's the truth lol.”
– Jessica Cline, Senior, Randolph College
“My New Years resolution is to do more things that make me happy. I really want to live it up this next year and semester so I’m making a realistic list of ten things I want to do before the year ends.”
–Marissa Lynn, Senior, UNC Greensboro
“My resolution is to read more non-academic books. I need to catch up on all the modern classics.”
– Mary Cass, Senior, Georgetown University
“This new year I would like to work on time management. Between class, work and going out I lose a lot of time being lazy watching movies when I should be studying.”
– Jennie Jones, Senior, Towson University
“This coming year my resolution is to go and travel somewhere awesome and while I am there do something crazy!”
– Tom DeBold, First Year Graduate Student, University of Maryland
“Each year I make the same resolution, to make the New Year better than the last. And so far, so good.”
– Kim Welkner, Senior, Stevenson University
