No corny introduction this time. Let’s just get to some picks:
Bengals – Ravens (Sunday at 1:00)
It seems as if every time the Ravens have a big win, they come back the next week with an underwhelming performance. Such was the case last week against the Seahawks. Still, the Ravens are one of the best teams in the AFC, but that is not to say that the Bengals aren’t. In fact, I am going to take the Bengals. Why? I have a hunch.
Line: Ravens -7
Prediction: Bengals 17, Ravens 14
Titans – Falcons (Sunday at 4:15)
Mike Smith choked last week. No doubt about it. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you haven’t watched ESPN this week. But still, the Falcons are tough in their dome, and CJ will not run like he did last week against the Panthers. Still, I expect a close contest.
Line: Falcons -7
Prediction: Falcons 27, Titans 20
Chargers – Bears (Sunday at 4:15)
I am going to predict this game in the form of questions. Has anyone disappointed more than Philip Rivers this year? Has anyone shut their critics up more than Jay Cutler? Why are people still kicking to Hester? Who will win?
Line: Bears -7
Prediction: Bears 28, Chargers 17
Eagles – Giants (Sunday at 8:20)
I severely dislike picking games that the Eagles are playing in because they have so much talent, but they have let me down way too many times this year. I am going to give them one last shot here because it is a rivalry game with the G-men. C’mon, Eagles, don’t let me down again.
Line: Giants -3
Prediction: Eagles 31, Giants 28
