I listen to it from dawn ‘til dusk – and even after that my headphones are still bumpin’ tunes. Joezane Thomas, a sophomore at University of Maryland, said, “I’m always down to have fun no matter what and this song makes me want to dance. Anytime I can dance, I will dance. Dancing makes the world go round.” You know what they say: “If you got it, flaunt it.”

…is for you leaders. You aren’t afraid to take charge and you don’t hesitate to let people know exactly how fortunate they are to be in your presence. “It’s upbeat and fun,” said University of Maryland sophomore Endrias Sampson. “What more could you want from a song?”
“Castle” by Halsey
…is for all of you who are ready to take what’s yours. (And maybe some things that will be yours soon enough.) Others might call it heartless, but if they can’t handle the heat then they should get out of the kitchen. Sometimes you have to step on a few throats to get to your throne.

…is for everyone who wears their heart on their sleeve. You can only bleed for so long before you have to stand up for yourself. “It makes me feel nostalgic,” said University of Maryland sophomore Ekan Gilpin. Frankly, you can only take so much crap. Eventually you have to take care of yourself.
“I Don’t F**k with You” by Big Sean
…is for anyone who’s blunt, blatant and just over it. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been tried, tested or plain disrespected, you’re ready to cut some people out of your life without looking back. “Sometimes there’s just people you can’t deal with. You have to be real with them,” said University of Maryland sophomore Jordan Hawkins. For all those who have reached their limit, this is your anthem.
“Let Her Go” by Passenger
…is for everyone out there who’s ready to move on. Letting go can be the hardest part. “It reminds me of mistakes that I’ve made,” said University of Maryland senior Rachel Chung. Sometimes you have to close one door before another opens.

…is for you workaholics. You know what you want and you know how to get it. It doesn’t matter if you are striving to get that 4.0, win that match or be fashionably late to that party; you’re ready and on your grind.

…is for anyone who’s just trying to make it to tomorrow. It can feel like the whole world is against you. You’re just trying to get out, to survive all of the things that hold you down. All I have to say is: never give up.
