Chloe Ting, YouTube star and fitness enthusiast, owns a wide range of videos. “Chloe Ting workouts are my favorite because she does a variety and always leaves you sweating,” said Caitlyn Dye, a student at the College of Central Florida. You can view her individual workout videos or challenge yourself to one of her programs simply by following along. Her workout programs vary. These programs can range anywhere from two weeks to 25 days. With so much variety, you will be sure to find a video perfect for you. Each day of the programs include new videos, so with each day, you can progress along your path to some ultimate fitness routines.
3. POPSUGAR Fitness videos
PopSugar Fitness YouTube channel reaches over 4.5 million subscribers. PopSugar Fitness features a variety of the more traditional classes that you would normally take such as cardio, HIIT and pilates classes. “I really enjoy this one hip hop tabata workout from PopSugar fitness on their Youtube channel,” said Michelle Beno, a student at the College of Central Florida. “I would rate it a 10 out of 10.” The videos generally run either 15 minutes or 30 minutes, to an hour. PopSugar fitness organized its videos from Class FitSugar, Dance FitSugar, 30-minute workouts, beginner’s workouts, ab workouts, butt workouts, full-body workouts and no-equipment cardio workouts. 4. Booty Sculpting Workout with Anna Victoria
Looking to feel the burn and endure your next workout with someone? Anna Victoria, fitness blogger and certified personal trainer, does her workouts with you in real-time.
